I think there are 2 realistic scenarios that come from this Ceasefire proposal to Russia.
1. They turn down the ceasefire, in which case there is no possible way that Trump can keep accusing Ukraine of being the roadblock in negotiations.
2. They accept the ceasefire terms, ask for way to much in negotiations and then fighting resumes. In this time they have built back up and attack even harder. At this point it's 50/50 whether Trump blames Ukraine or not. My guess is Trump will blame Ukraine and will want to bend to an overreach in Russian requests just to 'end the war'.
