I wouldn't do it. They spray a rubber coating under the vehicle, theoretically stopping water/salt/oxygen from contacting the frame to prevent rust.
They may actually end up blocking drain holes in the frame, and water splashing up from puddles and wet roads can get stuck instead of draining out. If you hit some ice or rocks, it can scrape it, creating another path for water to get stuck.
Just wash the underside of your vehicle periodically instead.
