They do need to update talent because they have the least goal scoring talent in the league, according to their league low goals for.
My only point is that this team without Wolf likely is sitting right with the Sharks in the standings. Some people think we are a couple pieces away, but I feel like we need to improve just about everything except for goaltending. 90% of this teams success this year is solely because of Wolf.
This is again, my opinion. I post on here because I appreciate different view points. But it seems some people want this forum to be an echo chamber of "the Flames are the best team on planet earth and Conroy can do no wrong, ever".

Okay that's your new thing...you have spent the last week furious at anyone who dared say anything positive about the Flames other than Wolf though. Those in glass houses. Flames D has held up very well, they aren't giving up chances like the bottom teams are. The Flames are 14th overall in shots against not 32nd last I checked. You keep using quotes and then saying something I never said...when you find a quote of me saying the Flames are anything more than a playoff bubble team this season lets have it.
Still don't get the "its hurts the team to not get a higher pick" stuff.
If Wolf sucked they would get a higher pick yes, but then Wolf would suck. I will take the star rookie goalie over the magic beans please. Also, even with Vladar in net the Flames beat SJ and Hawks of the world most times...like you don't think they could be the Sharks with Vladar?
