You need players, or a trio of players that can maintain possession and support one another very effectively.

Kadri is bad for his tunnel vision which can hurt a team in that situation, because he will make a bid when there's no support around him.
I think you need the skill but also the awareness to make a calculated risk but it's also about having a group with high confidence that when they pinch to make a play or drive the net, that they'll put it in the net.
