Maybe? It would be weird with the prices being paid today that the flames would be getting nickel and dimed when most other sellers aren’t. It’s a weird time to stand pat, sellers are doing well, the team is mediocre and management isn’t making waves to either get better now or acquire assets for the future. Weird day.
