Getting a good return for Anderson is a very good outcome.
Anderson hasn't done himself any favours with his generally poor play this year after a hot start in his contract negotiations.
I expect any contender trading for him will see him as a two playoff rental acquisition, and go from there.

I think he's probably made a strong case for number 1 on your list based on this year's results. He's demonstrated that turning over the roster and going younger can achieve a team that competes, and maybe sooner than anticipated.
