Man, I can't remember if I said it here or other forums, we are gonna need a lot of skilled trades. Even before this crisis I don't think we were pushing it enough. Also have to ask them to work remotely or move to some pretty undesirable places. I can honestly say that I don't think we have enough right now to do these major projects at once.
