Judgment time. Yesterday I was right about here, driving(not cyclist related!). It was perhaps a little further back, but a vehicle in front and to the left of me signalled and turned sharply to the right. I assumed he screwed up and was trying to get to the alley, so I had a little patience to let him through and eased off the gas, but I was also trying to get to the green light(I had plenty of time). Now, I get that that is a legal parking spot he could park in. But my gears were severely ground to have my open travel lane turn into a parking spot with no warning. This was a dick move, right? He did this because he thought that you were going to take the parking spot.
