I also just generally don't much like Stubb for reasons that aren't relevant here, beyond the fact that his party has been very Putin-friendly most of Putin's reign.
I do however think he is probably at this point genuine in his support for Ukraine. It's very much a unifying cause here in the countries bordering Russia. So credit when credit is due. I don't like the guy, but I liked that speech.

Thanks, I wasn’t aware of the Continuation War nuances nor do I know a tonne about Stubb’s policies. I just find him to be a great orator and the fact he is fluent in 5 languages impressive. And it’s not like being fluent in say Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Dutch, and German where there is a dialect continuum. He speaks Finnish, Swedish, English, French, and German. That shows a lot of discipline and intelligence IMO.
