Yes, I believe a second line consisting of a combo of Carter/Richards/Williams/Prime Toffoli is better than what we have. Their second line is better than any top line we could create.
I actually was in LA for a couple of those playoff wins. That team was stacked with players who knew how to win. They didn't have a weakness.
