Always thought Jones had negative value, this looks absurd from a Florida perspective. I believe Chicago is now “full” on cap retention spots (which makes the Rantenen retention even more questionable) now, so that is all they are really “out”. Conroy should really be looking to move Anderson now, based on this deal, he should net a first and a prospect.
Chicago really has to examine how they are going to start improving. Really one of the poorest/ prospect pools in the league right now.
