This is the part of “X Box Team Tank” I don’t understand.
There is no evidence that Conroy is trying to get this team over the hump. Like you said, he is doing what he said he would (getting younger, building a good culture)
Yet, team tank wants all the vets traded so we can participate in a lottery. Then 5 years from now, they will be clamouring to get rid of Wolf and Zary because they are old losers and “we need to tank”
It’s baffling. It’s like they aren’t paying attention to what’s really happening. I’d understand that approach better if they advocated trading Wolf. He is the reason we are in playoff contention after all.
Or hell, I’ve said it before. Instead of pouting for a tank, why not embrace the draft lottery chances like a grownup and maximize your chances by insisting on 3 or 4 years of forfeits
