It’s not even close to how packed it’s gonna be when the co-op and the high rises and the 47 condo buildings go in.
They might just need to close 33rd to traffic at some point.

The area is kind of getting ruined quickly there with the traffic and the density. It's a residential area with a little shopping strip but they are developing it like it's some downtown, big city area with a lot of jobs locally. People need to get out of that area for work and other lifestyle activities by either car or transit and those options aren't good now let alone with thousands more people.
