I never cook with avocado, and before my wife I’ve never bought or cut one open. Well we’re a few weeks into dating and she bought avocados for making guacamole and asked me to prep them. Well I come from a long line of stubborn men, naturally asking for help isnt in my vocabulary. I did know that you have to cut it in half, remove the pit and scrape out the flesh.

I #### you all not that I 100% cut it along the circumference. My wife still brings that one up.
