Depending on how the tariffs shake out, yes I believe those domestically manufactured imports will also see a sales decline.

As you said it's going to depend on the model. For example, if you're interested in a light truck the Honda Ridgeline might become more appealing because they're made in Canada. Toyota and Nissan make the Tacoma and Frontier in the US and obviously GM and Ford make their light trucks there too. If the tariffs go each way, the Ridgeline is going to become a much more affordable option to Canadians.

Same goes for a Civic (Canada) vs a Corolla (US). When you're looking for a particular style of vehicle, you might not have a choice, but if you're comparing two economy vehicles why wouldn't you chose the Honda if it's cheaper?
