Taylor Hall is the last winger I remember being close to a consensus number 1 pick. That year was the “fall for Hall” but it was also Taylor or Tyler so some thought Seguin should be in the mix for the pick.
I don’t think McKenna will be a center in the NHL but I could easily be wrong
