But, what I think is the problem with the idea that we can make it to the midterms is that Trump is in the position of actor and the courts are reactive. So an injured party has to sue to have standing and then also has to find the right venue to sue. I think what we're going to see is that the judicial pushback takes too much time and gives the administration the window they need to truly break it all.

Unfortunately, I have to agree. A short visit to the FedNews sub supports your point. So, apparently there isn’t enough evidence of irreparable harm to keep them out of the IRS.
And I am sooooo sick of hearing that Elon is rich and doesn’t need our money. Haven’t we had enough exposure to the antics of the super-rich to know that for many there is never enough money or enough power? It only matters when the Democrats are the ones with the money?
It’s time for me to delete FB. I used it primarily to connect with the local music community. So many are rabid magats who now post about politics more than music. But it is so telling.
