I can't say I agree. We are not talking about vastly different leagues or age groups here (like the jump from the ECHL --> AHL ---> NHL for example)
Goals are easier to come by in the OHL for a reason and that's because there is more top end talent (823 more goals scored in the OHL vs QMJHL to date)
OHL - 3.66 goals per game
QMJHL - 3.34 goals per game
To expect that Parekh would put up greater offensive totals in a lower scoring league with less talent around him seems farfetched to me.
