As with other TD insurance customers in this thread, my rates have risen considerably and I'm shopping around. Belair Direct quotes for auto and house are considerably lower but I'm pretty worried about the incredibly low ratings and horror stories for their Calgary claims center. Sounds like they may be understaffed as a lot of people say it's really difficult to get service from them when you have a claim.
