It's why I know I've always personally cautioned drafting highly offensive guys in the Q as their game seemingly never translates after that.

D'Artagnan Joly as an example!
I am mixed. I think HLM brings up good points about Gridin and comparative team mate talent helping to boost parekh's numbers. But I also know that the Q is generally a weaker league, producing fewer and fewer NHL ready prospects year over year. It's pretty clear that the O is a better league, better high end talent and depth.
BUT WHY DO Q TEAMS ALWAYS WIN THE MEM CUP!?!
In truth, I think you can't lump prospects together in conventional ways- nationality, league, team mates... at this stage of their development those things are relatively unimportant compared to player habits, tendencies on ice, and motivation to improve. Those can't be assessed on a league wide basis, except that perhaps some leagues emphasize farming those skills in their players more.
