I can't imagine a 50% retained Rasmus isn't worth a significant amount as I think it allows them to have a solid shot this year and next. Include taking out 4m in Mercer's contract who's been decent, but trending down yearly and they'd still have cap-space this year and next to make various moves (L Hughes will need a new contract after this year too).
I am hopeful that as Royle says and Nemec/Mercer are on the table, they pull the trigger.
