So even if you value output rather than time there is value created by people working together at similar times. If that value doesn’t exist all work should be out-sourced to the lowest cost option that is technically capable of meeting a deliverable.

More work then KPIs and scopes or more work than KPIs and scopes. One has me doing a whole lot more work than the other. That’s a problem with work from home. So much goes on by type and you guys end up doing both things instead of one over the other because the people in management don’t know the difference between then/than in text form.
