It's not a politics thread, but I think the music to any American's ears with the whole Canada/US/Trump debate is that he's bringing jobs back to the States. That in itself is a positive. The other side of the coin is it's being lost by someone outside the US (in this case Canada). And it's being done in a brute way. Most Americans just see the first part and it's music to their ears. It doesn't buck the stereotype of "ignorant Americans" when you have pro athletes opining on something more complex which they pick a side and stick to it no matter what.
Personally I've never like Tkachuk or that family.
