Treliving was up and down as a GM but that deal and letting Gaudreau enter his final year without a contract were historic blunders from what turned out to be an absolute embarrassment of a GM in Calgary. He literally destroyed this franchise with some baffling management decisions.

Tre did screw up but Tkachuk also chose to leave for less money...other GMs have bridged players but they usually end up signing. Now Tkachuk is all orange lips at the white house he can absolutely pound sand...unless he is playing the Oilers
