I'm still trying to decide if I could get away with an 84" one... the wall is 11' long but also has to have room for the toilet next to the vanity.

Those are pretty sweet. If it's the only bathroom in the whole house, then IMO, instead of cutting corners, I'd personally see if I can cut elsewhere and actually splurge on the bathroom instead.

After adding mirrors and taps to that, it's probably at around $3K total?

One bathroom, I personally wouldn't cut corners on that vanity. Same for the toilet. I'd make sure it looks great and doesn't fail to perform.
