Loui Eriksson was my first trade that hit. Trying to remember the GM of Ottawa at the time. I'd seen Loui the night before and was sure he was going to be the next superstar.
I offered a 2nd and maybe a 3rd. GM didn't reply. I added another 2nd. Still no reply. Added a 3rd or another 2nd. He accepted it. Turned out he was just on the phone and I completely negotiated against myself.
Either way, he was a part of the Habs first CPHL Championship!
