What do you mean by this? Because I'm pretty sure if you go to Thunder Bay, you won't die. There's no real reason, even in a military invasion scenario, for any real resources to be devoted to attacking these places. Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, maybe. Depends if we go Ukraine mode, or as noted above, just shrug and capitulate.
