He is not far removed from some elite numbers but since he signed his deal he has not come close to living up to it.
Byram is on pace for 44pts and Cozens needs to find a new gear. Lots of risk for both sides but getting harder to make it seem like some kind of steal for Vancouver.

Solution is obvious. Pettersson for Huberdeau, 1 for 1. Canucks get rid of the more expensive contract, the player who is currently underperforming more, and the locker room distraction. Flames get the younger player and the premier position. Unfortunately, the Canucks probably want a C back.
