No. Im saying those players demonstrate that performance can happen at key times in spite of fatigue and that its jarring that this group with its additions struggles so much to score at even strength.
I'm saying fatigue shouldn't alone excuse the lack of performance. Many players can be bagged for half a game but make that shot from the slot count when they get it.
I'm arguing that focus and preparation are probably reflected in the last few losses as much as fatigue or talent. Flames have enough nhl talent to convert on some chances at EVS.
I think they lacked focus in the back half of the last two games in particular.
