I think the take over of Canada would be a slow burn, an erosion of sovereignty. They have already shown that they can use economic threats to make our government act how they want it to, and that will just continue. Eventually they will be dictating policies at higher and higher levels, followed by more "joint institutions", giving American agencies power on Canadian soil, followed by military integration, and economic union. The border won't be erased overnight, but over time.
I was thinking about this the other day. US talking about Greenland (and Canada), is that partially because Russia is looking to take more land from Ukraine? Also, the smoke around China and Taiwan.

I don’t put Gaza attacking Israel in the same category as the others, but maybe Iran was hoping to get their claws on more land?

Seems as though some of the bigger powers are wanting to expand. I wonder if it’s just because of the Russians invading Ukraine, or if Trump would be musing about expansion regardless.
