We've had years of consecutive governments, both CPC & Liberal who have done nothing about this issue.
Smart money is this continues regardless of who is elected.
Pretty clear there are some serious turds in charge of this problem, and no amount of government promises is going to fix the problem. Everything from procurement to recruiting is broken.
