On the one hand the rising Cap potentially gets the Oilers out of Cap Hell and on the other hand it could potentially mean waving buh-bye to Connor.

126/7 = 18M
126/8 = 15.75

I assume the oilers will try to get him around 16 in that case. Toronto may be willing to go higher though, if money is even an issue
