North Korean being out of troops = didn't leave, they are one with Kursk.


Ukraine being allowed to strike deep into Russian territory is an interesting one as this is occuring since the Trump administration.

I am pretty sure Trump is very pissed of by Putin refusing his peace plan and we see this with the deal with Ukraine aid for minerals (which are currently mostly in the Donbass and under Russian control).
