But we have designed a system and a society that is so heavily bureaucratic that large Capital projects are a rarity and...we dont get along. That kind of enmity doesn't disappear overnight.
I hope, I truly do, that this lights a uniting fire under Canadian asses! I'm just not optimistic about it.
