The 4th line currently is being pivoted by Rooney who is just not an NHLer at this point and is being cratered by competition; I think putting an innumerably better Backlund between the wingers that have been the 4th line this year would make the line remarkably better in many of the metrics they’ve been shallow at this year. The effort is there with Lombo too and Klapka looks good early into this call up, Backs wouldn’t be out of place with them IMO because Backs isn’t out of place with anyone.
