All in all, looks like a more/less even trade with both sides hoping for players’ performance improvement in a different environment.

Flyers’ fans do not seem to be sorry about this trade and generally support it, especially losing Farabee, whom they don’t like. Hopefully, Frost will fill the spot AND want to stay in Calgary.
