I love Pelletier, and I love what he brings. But we need a C, and Frost is a pretty good one. Again, if anyone proposes that we offer Pelletier straight up for Frost (okay, we'll throw in a 7th), they're getting mocked for being a homer.
Both halves of this trade are clear wins for the Flames. They are a better team today than yesterday. And by a fair margin, IMO.

I did something similar but I broke it down into:
Frost for Pelletier, 2nd,
Farabee for Kuzmenko,
and the 7th was apparently the sweetener Briere needed.
