From 21-22 to 23-24 his 47 goals ranked 61st in the NHL. The guy has finishing talent, but isn't much of a play driver yet.
He's shooting 7% at 5v5 this year though, after averaging 14.5% the prior 4 seasons. Definition of buying low.

If the Flames could have gotten an extra ten goals this year so far, they'd be about 12th in scoring, instead of almost last. Also likely firmly in a playoff spot.
Really hoping these two just bring consistency with them.
