False. The exec order eliminated DEI, with no hiring freeze. Given the very low number of minorities that apply to the FAA this order has little to no practical effect.

Somewhat false. It still exists, technically... it will be repurposed.

False. There have been numerous mid-air collisions in the last 16 years in the US. This one had a ton of coverage:
