That is two good captains for McDavid to learn from so he can be a good leader on the team he goes to when he leaves Edmonton.
It'll take a while for it to sink in. He won't come back and immediately apply what he learned in Edmonton. He'll leave town, see the totally different atmosphere with his new organization and things will sink in.
