Yeah I don't expect to get value per round out of it - it's more about the place to call "home" and for the kids to grow up learning to golf with other like-minded kids. I wanted a place where I could fire off a few holes, have a shower, and go home or to work if I wanted. And somewhere close to home that I could pop out for 4-5 holes in the evening when the summer nights are long.
Also the fact that any rounds 4:15 and over are considered unacceptable and members are fined if they take too long to golf is absolutely sweet.
