I think it is the right move for him. Let him go back and play big minutes and dominate the rest of the season, and maybe call him back up if there are more injuries, or the Flames fall out of the playoffs and trade guys.


He needs to work on his speed, but he is a smart player out there. He got a taste, and hopefully this will help him the rest of this season and give him that fire to train hard this upcoming off-season (as he did last off-season apparently).
