I dont think that was really the true context.
Its a childish maneuver and simple tactic, but people in charge of other countries should see right through it and thus it shouldnt work, but it is working because the people in charge
are buying it.
Nothing to do with Drumpf being a child, we know that already, its about acquiescing to childish tactics.
