First of all you are making a great number of assumptions here.
1. Does he have a heart in the first place?
I mean...someone who has clearly consumed that many McDonald's cheeseburgers by all rights should be dead already. Not to mention...he doesnt drink alcohol which means he's chugged a lot of Pop.
2. You are ignoring the prospect of some sort of Faustian Bargain with the Devil. Which, in the face of all available evidence? Seems pretty likely.
