Project 2025 was never a conspiracy theory. What are you even talking about? It was a unified policy document put together by a conservative think-tank that the republicans adopted. It was never secret, it was always out there. The only question was to what extent Trump would embrace the policies.
That's like saying Obamacare was a conspiracy theory right up until the moment it became law, despite Obama campaigning on it forever.
