Naturally, it's worded to exclude the other living Presidents who've already served 2 terms because if Obama became eligible again he'd destroy Trump in an election. The proposed amendment states that Presidents can't serve more than 3 terms, or 2 terms if those 2 terms were consecutive.

Obviously it has zero chance of succeeding, but the level of sycophancy in the Republican party really is something to behold.
