No im pretty sure I got it nailed down. Bettman didn’t focus on the issues that matter to me as a consumer, that means he has done poorly in my view. That should be easy to understand. Also why are you surprised people are talking about Bettman in a thread about him? If you’d like we can talk about Jankowski instead.
