Yeah both of those matches would be incredible. I like what they're doing now though. He has to slowly gain a foothold within the WWE style. It's a different environment than Lucha or AEW. I liked that he sold quite a bit last night, and worked a credible match. I think he needs to slowly mould into the style, just as they're doing with Jacob Fatu.
Penta has a large future ahead of him. His entrance, swagger, theme music, attire, and style set him apart from everyone else in the company. It's unfortunate for Rey Phoenix. Tony Khan really screwed him over. As someone was saying on a podcast Cole calling Penta the "second best Lucha star" puts Rey into the background whenever he enters the company. They'd almost be better off keeping them on seperate shows, which isn't an ideal situation
