Tell me what the point is of having Kadri on the team? If you can trade him, you do it.
We aren't a contender in the next few years and his contract will be over by the time we are competitive. Why would you keep him?
At least I can see a world where we keep Rasmus. I can maybe be swayed from trading him. But there is absolutely no way you keep Kadri if someone will take that contract off your hands.
