Teams aren't lining up for an aging and overpaid asset. At his age he is going to decline rapidly most likely.
And this isn't me being "eeyore". I have said you can get a lot for a player like Rasmus, at his age. But at Kadri's age and with his contact, that is a tough one to move.

There is like nobody (except for yourself) who thinks the flames are doing a destroy the franchise, sell everything, burn it to the ground rebuild. That is probably the reason why, amongst others, that the Flames have not traded a player they signed to a 7 yr contract and a guy who does not want to be traded, has not been traded. I don’t know that him not being traded is proof that he does not have value above a 2nd round pick.
